My true OGO

Today we recognized Brian Ward for all of his contributions to the success we have had since his start at Dothan. Brian is the best example of a team player, he has done a great job hiring servers and promoting bartenders. Each day Brian goes above and beyond for his team with his team and following love his presence.

In the footsteps of the original OGO in the book, Brian is my OGO!!!

Thank you David Novak for sharing this book with me, the book reinstates what I have felt for 20+ years in the industry, focus on catching people doing "the right thing" ( and I have read it multiple times) our team wrote many notes to place in his own OGO jar for Brian to read in private. I also wrote a dedication to Brian the back of the book and I hope and know Brian pays it forward and passes the book through to his many Brian followers.

We also gave Brian a laptop to honor his OGO'ness.
